Responsibilities

Develop and teach undergraduate and graduate courses in Hospitality and Tourism Management and a secondary specialization.

Conduct research suitable for the Department of Business and Economics.

Collaborate with local businesses and organizations.

Mentor and advise students, supporting their academic and career development.

Promote the Hospitality and Tourism program to local students and organizations.

Engage in service activities within the department and university community.

Hold regular office hours during the regular semesters.

Minimum Qualifications

A Ph.D. in Hospitality and Tourism Management, Business Administration, or a related field in the secondary specialization (advanced ABD candidates will be considered).

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Strong commitment to student‑centered and experiential learning and integration of the liberal arts curriculum.
