WHAT YOU’LL DO
Administrative support to secretaries, paralegals, and attorneys.
Messenger runs (courthouse, client offices, and more).
Scanning, copying, and filing client documents.
Relieving the receptionist as needed.
Various administrative projects (closing files, setting up offices for new employees, etc.).
Ordering and stocking supplies.
Cleaning conference rooms, setting up and cleaning up for special functions, light housekeeping duties.
Sorting and processing mail.

Ability to work well under pressure, multitask effectively and independently, and have flexibility.
