Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries and complaints.
Learn the system, products, usage, and pricing.
Plan and execute daily routes to visiting customers.
Provide information about products and services.
Troubleshoot and resolve product issues.
Document and update customer records.
Manage customer credit collection.
Develop and maintain a knowledge base for product and service updates.
Reach monthly goals to receive commissions.
Qualifications
Prior experience in sales, customer service, or related fields.
Ability to build rapport with clients.
Strong prioritization and multitasking skills.
Positive and professional demeanor.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
