We are seeking a full-time Assembly Technician to join our Green Bay manufacturing facility on the 1st shift. A $1.00/hour raise is given within the first year of employment.

Responsibilities

Successfully hand‑weld product based on production schedule.

Maintain high levels of quality and ensure product is welded properly.

Operate all fabrication equipment in the cell (robotic welders, hydraulic banks, drill presses, etc.).

Operate, edit, and program tube or wire bending equipment in the cell.

Follow production schedules, determine what should run, and huddle with the team.

Participate in continuous improvement activities (Kaizen events, layout planning, Value Stream Mapping as events happen).

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Mechanically inclined with previous manufacturing experience (preferred, but not required).

Team player.

Computer knowledge.

Willingness to learn.

Ability to train on any shift.

Positive attitude.

Physical Requirements Working in areas where it can get warm; smoke‑free environment. Activities include standing, walking, lifting, twisting, and bending. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Willingness to assist in any area of the plant if your area is slow.

Shift & Hours 1st Shift: 6 am–2 pm, Monday–Friday. Overtime may be required during busy seasons.
