Supervisor Care Coordination – Behavioral Health – Texas Children’s Hospital Join to apply for the Supervisor Care Coordination role at Texas Children’s Hospital.

We are searching for a Supervisor Care Coordination – Responsible for supervising Behavioral Health frontline staff, directing team activities, handling customer concerns, managing incoming call traffic, ensuring efficient resource utilization, and reducing customer complaints.

Qualifications:

LCSW – Lic Clinical Social Worker, Texas Behavioral Health Executive Council required

LMSW – Licensed Master Social Worker, Texas Behavioral Health Executive Council required

1 year managed care experience required

3 years behavioral health experience required

Responsibilities:

Supports the behavioral health care management, population health, and/or behavioral health daily operations.

Conducts initial and ongoing system training for behavioral health case management staff.

Participates in quality initiatives and performance management in support of behavioral health.

Supervision of daily operations.

Assesses, develops, implements and monitors a comprehensive plan of care through an interdisciplinary team process in conjunction with the member/family in internal and external settings.

Performs all necessary communication and documentation functions.

Collaborates with community health education/outreach organizations and providers to provide for the overall health promotion of TCHP members.

Conducts provider and member education activities.
