About the Role We are seeking a Commissioning Manager, Electrical Data Centers to lead HV, MV, and overall electrical commissioning for our high‑performance data centers. The role involves stakeholder coordination and acts as the Owner Commissioning Electrical lead for general contractors, designers, and vendors across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities

Review testing & verification programs and documentation, working with commissioning agents and engineers to develop, review, and support execution of electrical HV, MV, and data equipment to confirm systems meet design and operational requirements.

Maintain rigorous documentation, tracking issues, test results, and commissioning reports.

Conduct site inspections, enforce safety, track progress, and resolve on‑site issues.

Lead final operational handover for electrical systems, ensuring readiness for service.

Basic Qualifications

Knowledge and experience with ASHRAE or BCxA commissioning guidelines.

Knowledge and experience with InterNational Electrical Testing Association (NETA) test specifications.

Proficiency in commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting of equipment such as generators, switchgear, transformers, UPS systems, batteries, switchboards, PLCs, EPMS, ATS, STS, PDU, busways, remote power panels, grounding, and lighting control systems.

Strong technical competency, organizational skills, and clear communication.

Experience conducting pre‑site and on‑site functional testing, electrical checks, and mechanical adjustments.

Ability to diagnose and resolve issues during startup and provide ongoing system support.

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of control and mechanical systems.

BSc/MSc in Electrical Engineering with 5+ years of mission‑critical data center commissioning experience.

Minimum 5 years of experience in hyperscale data center commissioning.

Salary & Benefits

Competitive total compensation package (salary + equity). Salary range $150,000–$250,000 per year, plus equity.
