A well-established commercial General Contractor is seeking a Project Manager to oversee ground-up and renovation projects. This role is perfect for someone who wants consistent work, supportive leadership, and room to grow.
Responsibilities
Manage commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout
Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and documentation
Collaborate with owners, architects, and internal teams
Maintain project quality, safety, and communication throughout all phases
Qualifications
5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction
Ability to run projects with minimal oversight
Strong communication, scheduling, and cost-control experience
Experience with construction management software (Procore a plus)
