About The Role Do you want to be part of a team that supports one-of-a-kind Computer Network Operations (CNO) capabilities and systems? In this role you will manage enterprise network operations support, ensuring the availability and security of DoDIN services. Oversee Tier 1, Tier 2, Tier 3, and IT Operations support 24/7/365, including telephonic and on-site assistance. You will identify customer problems and implement repeatable, best-practice solutions, direct continuous end-to-end system and network management, and defend the essential elements and applications of DoDIN to assure its availability. Provide classified and unclassified DoDIN services (data, voice, video), architecture data management support, enterprise data processing and hosting support, and cybersecurity services.
Qualifications Basic Qualifications:
Minimum of 8 years with a BS/BA; Minimum of 6 years with an MS/MA
An active Cisco Certified Internetworking Expert (CCIE) certification
Minimum five years of experience managing a global WAN
Certifications and education to meet DoDM 8140.03 advanced level: certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP), Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) Security, CompTIA SecurityX (formerly CASP+), GIAC Certified Enterprise Defender (GCED), GIAC Certified Intrusion Analyst (GCIA), GIAC Cloud Security Essentials (GCLD), GIAC Defensible Security Architecture (GDSA), GIAC Foundational Cybersecurity Technologies (GFACT), GIAC Security Essentials Certification (GSEC)
An active Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility
Desired Qualifications:
Minimum ten years of relevant IT experience, including five years of Network Engineering and Operations Enterprise experience
An active CCIE certification focused in Enterprise Infrastructure
An ITIL® 4 Foundation certification (Managing Professional Framework or higher)
Experience with Army National Guard Cyber Operations
Salary Target Salary Range: $135,000 – $216,000. Salary determined by factors such as scope and responsibilities, experience, education, skills, location, and business considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and discretionary bonuses in addition to base pay.
