We are looking for a
Business Development Representative (BDR)
to join our growing team and play a key role in expanding our customer base across industries such as retail, grocery, QSR, logistics, and food processing.
Responsibilities
Uphold and manage all pipeline generating activities in your sales territory
Identify, engage, and qualify enterprise prospects using a combination of outbound prospecting, inbound follow‑up, and intent signal monitoring
Collaborate with sales teams to understand their needs and optimize lead handoff processes
Conduct initial qualifications for net‑new leads and work with C‑level prospects on a daily basis
Assist in the development and execution of strategic outbound initiatives
Continuously refine processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements
2‑3 years of experience in business development or inside sales roles, preferably in an energetic startup environment
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, and SalesLoft or similar CRM, MAP, and sales engagement platforms (preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic atmosphere
Bachelor's degree from a four‑year university or equivalent
