What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Drive top-line revenue growth by acquiring new clients and expanding into new buying centers with Kaltura’s AI and agentic product portfolio

Lead strategic deal cycles in collaboration with regional sales teams, managing the process from discovery to negotiation and closure

Develop and implement a vertical-specific AI go-to-market plan to enhance pipeline generation and win rates

Collaborate with Marketing to create compelling narratives and campaigns that position Kaltura as a preferred partner in the video and workflow industry

Build and deepen relationships with senior executives at key accounts, serving as a trusted advisor on AI adoption and transformation

What is Required (Qualifications)

Minimum of 10 years’ enterprise experience in SaaS sales, strategy consulting, business development, or strategic partnerships

Proven track record of closing large, complex SaaS deals exceeding $1M ARR and consistently surpassing sales quotas

Deep domain expertise in the Tech industry

Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred

Strong execution velocity and ability to influence senior-level stakeholders

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience specifically selling AI products or capabilities

Existing relationships with global enterprise clients

Demonstrated success in navigating complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise environments

Strong technical aptitude in AI, automation, and agentic systems

Ability to operate in a data-driven manner with robust skills in forecasting and pipeline management
