Overview As a Healthcare Operations Manager (Facility Administrator) at DaVita, you will be a part of a team that values work‑life balance and places your personal and professional growth at the top priority. Responsibilities
Patients come first: Build relationships with patients, continuously improve their health through clinical goal setting and quality improvement initiatives.
Meaningful workday: Leave every day knowing you are making a difference in patients’ lives while developing your team to reach their full potential.
Ensure the clinic is open when needed.
Lead and mentor a cross‑functional clinical team (census dependent on state laws) to deliver the best for patients, teammates, and community.
Financial management: Manage the complete operation and performance of the clinic—adhere to budget, forecast expenses, manage vendor relationships, order supplies, and monitor compliance.
Autonomy: Run your clinic independently while receiving support and guidance from the director, regional peers, and company leadership.
Promote culture and growth: Reward team members who demonstrate DaVita’s shared beliefs and behaviors; foster an environment of continuous improvement.
Partner with the Regional Operations Director to identify and address employee and patient concerns to drive toward regional goals and standards.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any field OR a Registered Nurse license required.
Minimum of 2 years of management experience (healthcare, business, or military) or equivalent renal experience (nurse, dietitian, social worker, LPN, etc.) at the discretion of the Divisional Vice President and/or Regional Operations Director.
Current CPR certification required (or certification must be obtained within 60 days of hire or position change).
Collaboration is essential: work daily with clinical and financial teams to produce results aligned with business needs.
Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required.
Other qualifications and combinations of skills may be considered at the discretion of the Regional Operations Director and/or Divisional Vice President.
