Morgan Lewis, one of the world’s leading international law firms, seeks to hire a highly qualified midlevel associate with law‑firm or U.S. agency experience and excellent academic credentials to join our antitrust practice in the New York or Washington, D.C. office.
The successful applicant must:
Have 2 to 6 years of transactional antitrust experience, including HSR and deal counseling, and merger investigations before the U.S. Federal Trade Commission, the Department of Justice, and other enforcement agencies.
Have experience with substantive antitrust compliance counseling work and antitrust litigation outside the transactional area.
Exhibit excellent research and writing skills, academic performance, and the ability to multitask across matters.
Be a law‑firm or government‑trained attorney with related experience.
Hold New York or District of Columbia bar membership.

Salary range for this position in New York and Washington, D.C. is $225,000–$435,000. The base salary or hourly wage will be determined during the interview process based on prior experience, expertise, current business needs, and market factors. Final compensation may vary and may include a full range of benefits such as medical, financial, and paid time off, 401(k) eligibility, and parental leave. Hirees will be in an at‑will position and the firm reserves the right to modify compensation at any time.
