Base pay range $120,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr
Overview We are seeking a strategic and collaborative Product Manager to lead digital initiatives that enhance customer experiences. This role will own the product vision, manage the backlog, and drive alignment across business and technology teams to deliver impactful solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Product Ownership:
Define and communicate the long‑term product vision for the website; prioritize backlog and refine user stories and requirements.
Stakeholder Alignment:
Develop and implement processes to ensure visibility and alignment among business partners and cross‑functional teams on monthly, quarterly, and annual priorities.
Leadership & Mentorship:
Mentor product managers, providing guidance on processes and feedback throughout project lifecycles.
Planning & Coordination:
Lead cross‑functional PI (Program Increment) planning sessions to identify dependencies and ensure alignment across teams.
Program Management:
Oversee digital initiatives, including the implementation of new order management software, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
Performance Measurement:
Gather and report on metrics and KPIs for newly implemented features to demonstrate business value and benefits.
Qualifications
Proven experience in product management within digital or e‑commerce environments.
Strong ability to manage priorities, communicate timelines, and align stakeholders.
Experience leading cross‑functional planning and mentoring team members.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and PI planning.
Analytical mindset with experience tracking KPIs and feature performance.
