Pay Range Base pay: $166,000.00 / yr - $200,000.00 / yr

What You’ll Do
Provide a full development life cycle program, including project management, budget operations, strategic development, and tracking.
Use technical background to implement technology strategies and ensure effective delivery.
Lead a team of network engineers and architects in supporting the Department of the Homeland Security (DHS).
Leverage knowledge of various cloud service provider offerings.
Develop roadmaps, implement best practices, and design repeatable processes.
Manage assessment of network tools, gather user requirements, define missing modules, and determine product advantages and disadvantages.
Assist and provide insight to DHS to ensure stewardship is accomplished and maintained.
Identify and resolve risks, issues, and dependencies.
Perform research and development, including bake-offs on products.
Update project information on SharePoint, JIRA, and Confluence sites.
Provide weekly status reports on project progress.
Provide monthly invoices, including a summary page itemizing costs at the project level and Program Management Report (PMR) monthly.
What You’ll Bring Minimum Qualifications
Master’s Degree
15 years’ experience leading programs supporting network systems and infrastructure
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification – Active
Certified Cisco Network Professional (CCNP) – Active
ITILv4 certification – Active
Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) – Active
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) – Active
US Citizenship required
Live within 50 mile radius of DC or able to reach the office within 60 minutes
Proficient in English, both written and verbal, to ensure effective communication and collaboration
Successful results of pre-employment screenings, including federal background check, MVR, and drug screen
Compliance with company drug and alcohol policy
Preferred Qualifications
15+ years supporting DHS LAN/WAN
10+ years supporting DHS System ATO and C&A activities
Experience supporting DHS St. Elizabeth Campus network
Experience leading network modernization projects for DHS
Location Requirements This position is hybrid and requires candidates to live within 50 miles of DC or be able to reach the office within an hour.
