Finance & Insurance Manager

to join our growing team.

Are you working long hours in your current Finance & Insurance role or not seeing the reward for your efforts? Camping World seeks an experienced Finance & Insurance Manager (F&I). If you are a self‑motivated professional with superior customer‑service skills, we want you on our team. The ideal candidate can hit the ground running or is very motivated to learn. In addition, we look for strong business acumen, sales aptitude, and self‑direction.

What You’ll Do

Select appropriate lenders, secure approvals, obtain customer commitment, and finalize delivery.

Manage placement of contracts while maximizing F&I PVR.

Assist the sales desk in structuring deals.

Consistently adhere to all F&I office processes and contract flow.

Manage contracts in transit and ensure funding with constant communication with the business office.

Track and monitor F&I PVR, product penetration, and lender penetrations.

Participate weekly in sales meetings regarding F&I training and issues.

Assist the General Manager and Sales Manager in training sales staff.

Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

What You’ll Need To Have For The Role

Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

3‑5 years of experience with Finance and Insurance products.

Menu selling experience required.

Business management experience in the automobile industry is a plus.

Effective oral and written skills, good time management, and professional dress, speech, and behavior are required.

Strong closing skills are necessary.

Strong organizational skills; ability to train finance and sales personnel.

Valid driver’s license preferred.

May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.

General Compensation Disclosure The pay range for this role considers several factors in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets, experience, training, licensure, and certifications. A reasonable estimate of the total annual compensation range (base pay + variable compensation earned) is $125,000 – $180,000 or more.
