Maersk Ground Freight (MGF) offers transportation services such as FTL (Full Truckload), LTL (Less Than Truckload), brokerage, cross‑border trucking, groupage, and sortation hubs. Our integrated network serves multi‑channels—including B2B, B2C, B2B2C, e‑commerce, direct‑to‑store, dropship, returns, and more—leveraging asset‑based, asset‑light, and non‑asset models.

JOB SUMMARY The Warehouse Supervisor is expected to provide associates with the tools needed for success, drive productivity and efficiency through data‑driven decisions, and ensure the highest quality of work while maximizing productivity at pilot warehouse locations. This hands‑on management role includes training, completing performance reviews, and issuing disciplinary action when necessary.

Shift (Mon‑Fri): 1:30 PM–10:30 PM

Services: Final Mile and Linehaul

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Develop and maintain operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.

Implement security and safety improvements to protect company assets, visitors, tenants, and employees.

Maintain operations by enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.

Work variable hours, including weekends.

Utilize knowledge and experience of RF scanners in an advanced warehouse setting to improve inventory accuracy and increase productivity.

Handle work‑related injuries and ensure policies comply with OSHA standards.

Maintain a favorable working relationship with all company employees to foster a cooperative, harmonious climate that maximizes morale and productivity.

Oversee loading and unloading of trucks.

Ensure all labels are attached to the correct freight.

Note damages and shortages.

Clean and sanitize after shifts.

Provide accurate dock‑check scans and records at shift end.

Ensure all freight is scanned in and out at all times.

Provide accurate dock checks for customer service when needed.

Ability to manage and multitask deadlines.

Knowledge of logistics systems.

Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Ability to thrive in a high‑pressure environment.

SALARY RANGE US $68,640 – $70,000. The stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary for the position. The company may adjust this range based on market conditions and location. The final salary will be determined in accordance with all applicable laws.
