WHAT YOU WILL DO: As a Manufacturing Support / General Labor team member, you’ll help keep production running smoothly by supporting a variety of hands‑on manufacturing activities. You will:
Support production teams with daily tasks that keep work flowing efficiently
Perform hands‑on operations such as buffing, sandblasting, deburring, hand grinding, assembling, planishing, forming, tumbling, part washing, and part marking
Deliver tools, materials, and parts to the appropriate workstations
Inspect and sort parts to ensure they meet company quality standards
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Work collaboratively with teammates to produce high-quality products you can be proud to put your name on
WHAT EXPERIENCE YOU NEED:
High school diploma or GED
Willingness to learn and take direction in a manufacturing environment
Strong attention to detail and a safety‑first mindset
Previous manufacturing or shop experience is a plus-but not required
