Global Product Owner for the LEAF Patient Monitoring System
and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of HAPI (Hospital-Acquired Pressure Injury) prevention. This is your opportunity to influence strategy, drive innovation, and deliver meaningful impact for patients worldwide.
What will you be doing?
Own and manage the global product backlog, ensuring structured intake, prioritization, and refinement of requirements and user stories.
Develop and maintain a multi‑year product roadmap and release plan aligned to clinical value, customer needs, and business strategy.
Provide product direction across design and development, approving UX flows and validating delivered work against user needs and regulatory expectations.
Lead release planning and readiness decisions with engineering and program teams.
Align cross‑functional teams around clear product priorities while synthesizing customer, clinical, and market insights to guide evidence‑based decisions.
What will you need to be successful?
BS or BA degree in Health Sciences, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
8+ years proven experience in product management within digital health, medical devices, or health technology.
Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and regulated product environments.
Ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders and lead without authority.
Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and problem‑solving skills.
Location: Andover, MA or East Coast, willing to travel to Andover 50%
Compensation The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $141,000 - $262,000 USD annually. In addition to base pay, we provide competitive bonus and benefits, including medical, dental, vision coverage, 401(k) matching, tuition reimbursement, and generous PTO.
