You are the people manager on the ground, ensuring the store runs smoothly and that every person, including you, does what they need to do. Your leadership drives team performance, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee everything that occurs during your shift, from opening to closing.
Control labor, inventory, cash, and customer relations.
Enforce all company policies and procedures 100% of the time and model compliance for the crew.
Handle staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management and schedule adherence.
Maintain a perfect store image, high standards of service, and Cleanliness and marketing initiatives.
Ensure timely attendance, punctuality and safe transportation for yourself and staff.
Drive store profitability through effective cost management and customer service.
Qualifications & Skills
Operate all store equipment and processes.
Stock ingredients, prepare product and handle daily inventory tasks.
Receive, process and enter orders accurately via phone, POS, or touch‑screen.
Perform meticulous cashier duties, including correct monetary change.
Excel in verbal and written communication with customers and crew.
Perform basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) quickly and accurately.
Demonstrate motor coordination, hand‑eye coordination, and the ability to use a computer keyboard or touch‑screen.
Provide on‑the‑job training and orientation to new team members.
Work Conditions
Temperature ranges from 36°F in cooler to 90°F+ in hot work areas; weather can be variable while outside.
Exposure to food fumes, cornmeal dust and concentrated heat from ovens (up to 500°F).
Physical tasks include standing, walking short distances, lifting up to 50 lbs, carrying trays, pushing/pulling dollies, and climbing stairs.
Requires frequent hand use, coordination, reaching above 72”, and continuous eye‑hand coordination.
Safe vehicle access is required for delivery duties (valid driver’s license, clean driving record).
