Job Summary
A Shift Manager leads shifts every week, ensuring customers receive fast, accurate, friendly service. They provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure high standards of Quality, Service and Cleanliness.
Responsibilities Shift Managers perform tasks such as planning each shift, monitoring performance, taking action to meet standards, monitoring safety and security, and communicating with the next Shift Manager.

Qualifications Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment. Must be 18 years or older. Positive team player, flexible schedule, enthusiastic about fast‑paced environment.
