The Restaurant / Entertainment Manager is an active role where you’re on your feet, coordinating multiple team members, and problem‑solving in real time.
Our Restaurant / Entertainment Managers assist the General Manager with all aspects of the center and its management. In the General Manager’s absence, they hold down the fort, assuming responsibility for all center and floor management, from entertainment to Food & Beverage to the property and its equipment as a whole.

Responsibilities
Make guests a priority: champion guests, deliver exceptional service, solicit valuable feedback, and actively address and resolve guest complaints.
Never stop improving: continually hone operational execution, schedule staffing levels to meet the center’s needs, and maximize the guest experience.
Take every opportunity: capitalize on all business opportunities in your market area by executing marketing strategies to drive sales (leagues, open play bowling, etc.).
Partner with leagues: develop and maintain good relationships with league bowlers and officers to grow league business; adhere to league formats, distribute announcements, and perform other administrative duties.
Assemble an all‑star team: recruit, hire, train, and schedule a talented team of hourly center staff.
Show off management skills: lead the team, influence them through effective motivation, leverage individual strengths, and delegate consistently.
Drive food & beverage sales: oversee management and expansion of the center’s Food & Beverage program, ensuring the highest quality standards and exceptional guest satisfaction.
Remain flexible: work varying shifts, including weekends, holidays, and extended workdays as needed.
Who You Are You are a committed member of our team, ready to fill in for your center’s General Manager as needed. Your guest service sensibility is strong, along with interpersonal and communication skills. You’re flexible enough to support the center through extended workdays, nights, weekends, and holidays. You’re a dedicated team player who excels at developing talents of your team and is ultimately looking to become a General Manager.
Desired Skills
2+ years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, and food service operations
Bachelor’s degree
Ability to supervise center operations staff

Work Environment / Physical Demands Typical entertainment environment where you will walk, bend, and stand for periods of time, and may lift objects with some assistance.
Compensation The pay range for this position is $63,000 to $68,000. Lucky Strike Entertainment offers performance‑based incentives and a competitive total rewards package, including healthcare coverage and a broad range of other benefits.
