Data Center MEP PM – Construction – Ohio
Location Columbus, OH
Base Pay $160,000 - $220,000 per year

Responsibilities
Lead and mentor MEP teams across multiple projects
Oversee GMP preparation, buyout, installation, and testing of control systems
Drive value engineering, constructability reviews, and QA/QC processes
Collaborate with project managers, executives, and business development teams
Build lasting client relationships and position the organization as the “Builder of Choice”
Ensure safety, quality, and schedule performance on complex, mission‑critical projects
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
15+ years of field experience, including supervisory roles on large projects (MW Data Centers Experience required)
OSHA 30 certification
Strong skills in troubleshooting, scheduling software, risk management, and QA/QC
