Compensation
Los Angeles, CA: $275,000–$350,000
The above range is a good‑faith estimate; actual compensation may vary based on performance, location, experience, education, and qualifications.

Qualifications
At least four years of experience working on complex corporate transactions—mergers and acquisitions, emerging growth/venture capital, private equity, joint ventures, commercial agreements, and other business transactions.
Experience with deals in software, technology, healthcare, or life sciences industries is a significant plus.
Strong academic credentials, superb judgment, communication skills, and commitment to excellence.
Motivated self‑starter ability to work independently and proactively.
Preferred: Principal level candidates only.
