About the role The Demand Generation Specialist will be a key player in driving Kenect's growth by executing strategic lead generation campaigns. This role is responsible for planning, launching, and analyzing multi‑channel initiatives across email, content, SEO, and paid media to fill the top of the sales funnel. The ideal candidate has 2‑5 years of experience and will join a robust marketing team. Success in this role means consistently delivering high‑quality, qualified leads to the sales team, fueling our mission to be the leading AI engine for dealerships.

What you will be doing

Develop, execute, and manage lead generation campaigns across various channels, including email, webinars, and content marketing.

Manage and optimize all paid lead generation programs, including search, social, and display advertising, to ensure efficient cost‑per‑lead acquisition.

Collaborate with the content team to drive SEO strategies and create high‑converting marketing assets and landing pages.

Coordinate logistics and promotional efforts for industry events, conferences, and partnership marketing opportunities.

Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics (e.g., MQLs, conversion rates), and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Maintain and segment contact lists within HubSpot and ensure seamless lead flow integration with Salesforce for the sales team.

Conduct A/B testing on campaign elements (copy, visuals, CTAs) to maximize effectiveness and return on investment.

Stay current with demand generation best practices, B2B marketing trends, and platform updates.

Skills & qualifications

1‑5 years of professional experience in a demand generation, marketing specialist, or similar lead generation role.

Proven ability to run successful multi‑channel campaigns (email, paid, content) that result in qualified leads.

Strong proficiency with HubSpot and Salesforce for marketing automation, lead tracking, and reporting.

Experience with SEO principles and using analytics tools to measure content performance and organic growth.

Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.

Familiarity with paid media platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, TikTok) and budget management.

Data‑driven mindset with the ability to interpret campaign metrics and translate them into strategic recommendations.
