About the Role
As a BCBA, you will assess client needs, develop and oversee behavior intervention plans, and lead the clinical direction for ABA services provided in home-based settings. You will also support and mentor Behavioral Technicians while fostering strong, collaborative relationships with families.

Responsibilities
Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations of client progress
Develop and adjust individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and BTs
Analyze data and implement treatment modifications as needed
Collaborate with caregivers to support skill generalization and consistency
Ensure treatment is compliant with ethical, clinical, and funding guidelines
Qualifications Education
Master’s degree in applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
Board Certification (BCBA) in good standing
Required Skills
Demonstrated experience developing and implementing ABA treatment plans
Ability to supervise and support clinical staff effectively
Strong analytical and decision-making skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
Reliable transportation and ability to work in clients’ homes
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with ABA billing platforms (e.g., Central Reach)
Bilingual abilities
