RoomsSupervisor , you are a leader, a role model, and a champion of the guest experience. This role is about more than overseeing the front desk and housekeeping—it’s about setting the tone for the stay. You lead by example, support your team with care, and ensure that every guest feels like more than just a room number. You are more than a supervisor—you’re a culture carrier. Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily Rooms operations across Front Office and Housekeeping to ensure alignment on room status, priorities, and guest needs.
Conduct routine room inspections to ensure cleanliness, maintenance readiness, and brand standards are consistently met prior to guest arrival.
Support Front Desk operations by assisting with arrivals, departures, room assignments, and guest concerns.
Coordinate closely with Housekeeping to monitor room readiness, inspections, and special requests.
Manage and track Rooms-related inventory, including linens, amenities, guest supplies, and equipment, ensuring appropriate par levels are maintained.
Report maintenance and quality issues identified during inspections to Engineering and follow through to resolution.
Act as a point of contact for service recovery, addressing guest concerns with empathy and ownership.
Assist with scheduling, task assignments, and real-time problem‑solving during shifts.
Ensure brand standards, service expectations, and cleanliness standards are consistently upheld.
Train, coach, and support team members across both departments, reinforcing teamwork and accountability.
Maintain accurate records, logs, and shift reports as required.
Who You Are
A natural leader who inspires confidence, builds trust, and leads with heart.
Calm and confident under pressure, with a talent for solving problems quickly and creatively.
Experienced in front desk operations and housekeeping, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or senior guest service role preferred.
Comfortable using hotel property management systems and guest service technologies.
Strong communicator, both in person and in writing, with bilingual skills a plus.
Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable in a fast‑paced, guest‑facing environment.
Open to working a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Committed to making every guest feel welcomed, appreciated, and at home.
