As a

Medior Change & Adoption Consultant , you play a key role in the success of our clients during their IT transformation projects. You guide organisations through change processes and support them in the

adoption, learning and effective use

of the new SAP and IT solutions that Amista implements. You will combine change management with

learning and enablement

to help end users and management sustainably embed new working methods.

Your tasks and responsibilities

Developing and implementing change and adoption strategies to support IT and SAP transformation projects.

Mapping the impact on roles, processes and teams through readiness assessments, stakeholder analyses and risk assessments.

Setting up and implementing target group-oriented communication, learning and enablement initiatives, and facilitating workshops and sessions with key stakeholders.

Guiding end users and management in the transition to new processes and systems, with a focus on

understanding, engagement and usage .

Contributing to or coordinating

learning and digital adoption solutions

(such as e-learning, in-app guidance, SAP Enable Now, WalkMe or similar tools).

Developing adoption initiatives (such as roadmaps, campaigns and feedback mechanisms) and monitoring adoption rates and user experience.

Supporting organisations after go-live by resolving adoption and learning-related bottlenecks and advising on next steps.

Collaborating with project teams and stakeholders and acting as a connecting link between business, IT and end users.

Experience with change management, user adoption or learning within IT implementations or digital transformation projects.

Knowledge of change methodologies (e.g. ADKAR, Kotter) is a plus.

Interest in or experience with

learning & digital adoption tools

(such as SAP Enable Now, WalkMe or similar solutions) is a strong asset.

Experience with stakeholder management and facilitating workshops.Analytical, proactive, structured and able to work independently.

You feel comfortable in a dynamic project environment and switch easily between different teams.

Your Amista ‘basecamp’ in Belgium and The Netherlands Amista has several branches throughout Belgium and the Netherlands. You can find us in Mechelen, Destelbergen and Harelbeke, as well as in Dordrecht and Venray. Although you can also work from home on a regular basis, your main place of work will be our office in Mechelen or Destelbergen.
