optometrist to join our Eyecare LA family. As we are a new company with an already network of partners waiting in line.
We are seeking a full‑time and/or part‑time optometrist for general optometry. We warmly welcome new graduates, optometrists seeking guidance as they establish their careers, and experienced doctors looking for a fresh and collaborative environment.
We also explore partnership arrangements for optometrists interested in building or expanding an independent practice within our retail store.
Optometrist Job Responsibilities
Conduct eye exams using optometric equipment and general diagnostic interpretation.
Prescribe eyeglasses and contact lenses.
Recommend appropriate patient follow‑up and care options.
Answer questions and provide advice to patients regarding vision and optical issues.
Deliver outstanding customer service through all patient interactions.
Optometrist Qualifications/Skills
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to relate to patients of diverse backgrounds.
Ability to maintain patient confidentiality.
General computer proficiency.
Demonstrated problem‑solving skills and multitasking ability.
Interest in fashion and eyewear fashion.
Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) degree from an accredited optometry program.
Active state optometry license.
Dual language (preferred): Korean or Spanish.
