About the Role
The Events Production Manager oversees all technical and operational aspects of live events hosted or produced by ADMFA AUDIO. This role is critical in ensuring seamless coordination between engineering, staging, lighting, and client experience. You’ll manage logistics, staff assignments, and vendor communication to make every production flawless. Key Responsibilities
Plan, schedule, and oversee event production timelines from setup to teardown. Coordinate with audio, lighting, and stage teams to deliver top-tier experiences for clients. Supervise event-day crews and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards. Manage communication with vendors, clients, and internal departments. Prepare and review post-event reports, noting successes and areas of improvement. Assist with budgeting and resource allocation for events of varying sizes. Qualifications
3+ years of event or production management experience (AV, concert, or corporate preferred). Strong leadership, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities. Understanding of audio, lighting, or stage production fundamentals. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
