About the Role We are building a talent pool of Finance & Accounting professionals for current and future opportunities with our global clients. These roles support core finance functions such as accounting operations, financial reporting, reconciliations, and month-end close processes.

Depending on the client’s needs, roles may range from junior to senior individual contributors, supporting finance leaders, controllers, or CFOs in day-to-day financial operations.

Work arrangement: Typically fully remote, with varying work hours - SG, AU, US, UK, etc.

What you’ll do Responsibilities may vary depending on the role and client but typically include:

Manage day-to-day accounting activities such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.

Prepare and review financial reports, reconciliations, and month-end or year-end close requirements.

Process invoices, payments, credit notes, and expense claims.

Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards.

Work with accounting systems and tools (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP).

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support audits, reporting, and operational needs.

What You Bring

Experience in finance, accounting, or related roles (level varies by opportunity).

Working knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.

Experience with accounting or ERP systems (Xero, QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite, or similar).

Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numbers accurately.

Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.

Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Ability to manage deadlines and work independently in a remote setup.
