RN Supervisor
to lead our overnight nursing team. This role is full-time, 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM, located in Jersey City, NJ. Salary: $105,000 per year. Responsibilities
Assist the Director of Nursing (DON) and Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) with daily nursing operations. Ensure nursing staff follow job descriptions, facility policies, and regulatory standards. Participate in surveys, audits, and inspections as needed. Conduct daily rounds to uphold high-quality care and nursing standards. Qualifications
Active RN license in the State of New Jersey. Minimum 2 years of progressive nursing experience in LTC, SNF, or Nursing Home settings. Leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Benefits
