In this role, you will lead growth strategy for a complex, enterprise-grade developer platform used by highly technical teams. You will operate at the intersection of product-led growth and sales-assisted motions, driving measurable adoption and expansion without compromising trust, security, or governance. This is a highly strategic and hands-on role, combining data-driven experimentation with thoughtful product design. You will influence how users discover value, move from onboarding to adoption, and expand usage over time. Working closely with product, engineering, design, data, and go-to-market teams, you will shape experiences that scale from early adoption to repeatable enterprise growth. The environment is collaborative, remote-first, and focused on impact and continuous learning.
Accountabilities
Own the end-to-end growth strategy across acquisition, activation, adoption, retention, and conversion
Identify, prioritize, and execute high-impact growth initiatives using product analytics, experimentation, and customer insights
Design and ship in-product experiences that reduce time-to-value for developers, platform teams, and enterprise stakeholders
Lead experimentation efforts across onboarding, trials, packaging, entitlements, and usage-based signals
Partner closely with product, engineering, design, data, marketing, and sales to align product-led and sales-assisted growth motions
Define and track success metrics such as activation, engagement, retention, and expansion
Influence roadmap and investment decisions by tying growth insights to clear customer and business outcomes
Act as a thought partner and mentor, raising the bar for growth product practices across the organization
Requirements
8 or more years of product management experience, with deep ownership of growth or product-led initiatives
Proven track record driving growth for developer tools, DevOps platforms, infrastructure products, or B2B SaaS
Strong experience operating in enterprise or hybrid product-led and sales-led environments
Advanced skills in product analytics, funnel analysis, and experiment design
Ability to translate ambiguous problems into clear hypotheses, prioritized roadmaps, and measurable results
Excellent cross-functional leadership and communication skills
Systems-level thinking across UX, onboarding, pricing, packaging, and go-to-market motions
Comfort working with technical products and highly technical audiences
Growth mindset with curiosity, resilience, and a bias toward iteration and learning
Exposure to AI-powered capabilities or pricing and consumption-based models is a plus

Competitive base salary range of $200,000 to $245,000 annually, depending on experience and location
