Mustang Cat is hiring a results‑driven
Branch Manager
to lead operations at our Deer Park rental facility. This role oversees all day‑to‑day branch activities, from staffing and customer service to rental coordination and budget management. If you’re an experienced leader in the heavy equipment rental industry who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, this is an excellent opportunity to make an impact.
️ What You’ll Do as a Branch Manager: As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient rental operations while providing exceptional support to customers and your team. Responsibilities include:
Oversee all branch operations and rental activities
Hire, lead, and develop branch staff
Coordinate equipment repairs, maintenance, and make‑ready processes
Manage the full rental cycle—from the customer’s initial call to delivery, pickup, and preparation for the next rental
Handle branch invoicing, budgeting, administrative, and clerical functions
Represent Mustang Cat in a professional manner within the branch and out in the field

College degree preferred; equivalent work experience will be considered
Minimum 5 years of experience in the
heavy equipment industry
Minimum 3 years in the
equipment rental industry
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Advanced computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Ability to work independently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Highly organized, self‑motivated, and customer service oriented
✅ Strongly Preferred:
Experience managing a rental branch or equipment rental operation
Bilingual English/Spanish
