Dentons US LLP is recruiting for a Temporary Talent Acquisition Specialist who is responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the Firm's current and future staffing needs. This role manages the full-cycle recruitment process, partners with hiring managers, and ensures a positive candidate experience while aligning hiring strategies with business goals.

Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles, from job requisition through background checks

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, role requirements, and ideal candidate profiles

Develop and post job advertisements across multiple sourcing channels

Source candidates using job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and direct outreach

Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview processes

Assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit

Facilitate offer preparation, negotiation, and pre-employment processes

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)

Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs

Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and hiring best practices

Other duties as assigned to fully meet the requirements of this position

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or staffing

Strong interviewing, communication, and relationship-building skills

Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously

Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools; SuccessFactors a plus

Knowledge of employment laws and fair hiring practices

Chicago Only DOE: $42.00/hourly
