Territory Development Manager – Unilever Food Solutions

Unilever Food Solutions (UFS) is the foodservice division of Unilever, leading the dynamic Food Service market across 72 countries. UFS creates value for customers through culinary solutions and improves the food experience for distributors, operators, and consumers. Purpose of the Role
As a Territory Development Manager you will drive sustainable business growth through operator, chain, and trade partner engagement, combining digital tools and face‑to‑face contact to grow market share in the assigned territory. Key Activities
Convert business insights into activation solution selling using data and CRM tools. Use market trends to create concept solution selling. Lead customers to the right solution and engage decision makers. Prepare visits with solution recommendations and manage workflow through Salesforce. Conduct virtual and on‑site sampling, cooking demos, and secure new opportunities. Follow up on previous calls to progress opportunities to close. Coordinate customer orders and meet with distributors/ trade partners to expand assortment. Critical Skills Required for the Role
Strong hunter mentality with a 70% hunting vs 30% farming balance. Fast adopter of contemporary technology and proficiency in MS Office, Power BI, and Excel. Entrepreneurial mindset and proactive solution creation. Curiosity and continuous learning from the market. Ability to sell premium brands with superiority selling stories and culinary solutions. Bilingual is a plus (Spanish, Mandarin). Essential Experiences
CPG Foodservice sales experience (B2B). Culinary/Chef selling experience. Network of existing Foodservice operator partners. Distributor or ingredient sales experience. CRM (Salesforce) experience. Operator experience and market/geographic knowledge. Food university background (CIA, Food & Hospitality). Multi‑national corporate company experience. Payment & Benefits
Pay : $69,360 – $104,040.
Bonus : Eligible.
