Term 1, 2026

Catholic Early EdCare.

With a licensed capacity of 60, our vibrant OSHC will offer access to shared resources, equipment, and flexible spaces including the parish centre, library, and ground floor areas.

We’re seeking an

OSHC Coordinator

to lead and inspire a dedicated team of 3 educators, overseeing our After School Care program (3:00 PM – 6:00 PM). This is a permanent, part‑time role of 20 hours per week, term‑time only.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operation of our After School Care ensuring a safe and enriching environment.

Lead a dedicated team of educators, inspiring and supporting them to bring out their best.

Develop and implement innovative, play‑based programs that cater to our children's interests and needs.

Build strong relationships with children, families, and the school community, fostering a sense of belonging.

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, maintaining a high level of care and safety.

Job Requirements

Diploma in Children Services or equivalent as per ACECQA guidelines.

Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card), First Aid, CPR, Asthma/Anaphylaxis.

Consent to being the Nominated Supervisor.

Strong understanding of Childcare legislation, including National Quality Framework, Standards, and My Time Our Place.

Child Protection training is required for this role.

Previous childcare service management experience.

Proficient with childcare management software (Xplor preferred).

Demonstrated leadership skills for team development.
