The Role This is a senior, full-cycle Account Executive role focused on owning complex sales cycles and helping scale the company from a high-velocity SMB motion into larger, more sophisticated organizations. You’ll run deals end-to-end and play a critical role in shaping deal strategy, pricing, and enterprise expansion.
This role is hands-on. No passengers. You’re expected to prospect, run discovery, demo, negotiate, and close.
What You’ll Do
Own the full sales cycle from cold outreach through close
Run complex, multi-stakeholder B2B SaaS sales processes
Lead discovery, demos, deal strategy, negotiation, and pricing conversations
Close deals with $20K+ ACVs while consistently exceeding quota
Build strong relationships with executives and decision-makers
Collaborate closely with leadership, sales, and marketing to refine the sales motion
Maintain clean pipeline management and forecasting in Salesforce
Non-Negotiables
5–10 years of
B2B SaaS Account Executive experience only
Proven success in
Series A, B, or C startup environments
Experience selling
full-UI SaaS platforms (CRMs, ERPs, PM tools)
Strong track record closing
$20K–$60K+ ACV deals
History of consistently meeting or exceeding quota (around $1.1M annual)
Comfortable running
complex, end-to-end sales cycles
High ownership mentality with a roll-up-your-sleeves mindset
Strong emotional intelligence and executive-level communication skills
Nice to Have
Experience helping scale a sales motion into larger or enterprise accounts
Background working closely with founders or CROs
Prior experience influencing deal structure and pricing strategy
