Position Summary We are seeking a motivated and results‑oriented Client Development Director to drive the growth of our software solutions. In this role, you’ll be responsible for identifying and qualifying leads, conducting product demos, managing the sales pipeline, and closing deals. Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
Qualify leads and manage a pipeline of sales opportunities.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of our software solutions.
Develop and deliver tailored sales proposals and presentations.
Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed targets.
Build and maintain strong customer and partner relationships.
Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports.
Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer success teams.
Utilize CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) to track and manage activities.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
Proven success in software sales, preferably in custom or niche solutions.
Familiarity with the software sales process and methodologies.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
Proficient with CRM platforms; Salesforce experience preferred.
Technical aptitude and ability to learn new software quickly.
Experience selling to federal contractors is a plus.
Self‑motivated, collaborative, and results‑driven.
Pre‑employment drug test, background check, and valid driver’s license required.
