Overview
Critter Control Operations is seeking a motivated and dynamic Wildlife Outside Sales Representative to join our team. This role is crucial in expanding our customer base and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a passion for solving customers wildlife and pest problems, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales.
Responsibilities Critter Control Operations (CCO) is a premier provider of wildlife management services. We specialize in wildlife removal, exclusion, and damage repair for residential and commercial properties. Our mission is to provide safe, effective, and responsible solutions to nuisance wildlife and pest problems.

Estimated annual earnings of $70,000 - $100,000+

Responsibilities
Act as a consultative problem solver—diagnosing wildlife and pest issues and confidently recommending the right solution.
Capitalize on company-provided leads while consistently building your own pipeline to exceed sales targets.
Aggressively grow new business in your territory by self-generating opportunities through networking, referrals, and strategic partnerships.
Build and leverage relationships with homeowners, property managers, realtors, contractors, and sister brands to drive recurring and referral-based sales.
Partner with operations and field teams to ensure a safe and smooth customer experience.
What does a day in the life look like?
Spend the majority of your day in your territory responding to and prospecting new leads
Conduct interior and exterior property inspections (roofs, attics, crawlspaces, confined spaces).
Create, present, and close detailed proposals for wildlife removal and prevention services using existing proposal templates.
Build on existing leads by self-generating new opportunities. If a home or business has a pest problem, chances are the neighbor does too!
Follow up relentlessly to close deals, collect payments, and re-engage past prospects and customers.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus
Valid driver’s license
Must be available to travel up to 10%
Must be available to travel to Atlanta within 30 days of start date
A hunter mindset and proven experience in outside sales, preferably in a related field (pest control, roofing, construction, route-based businesses)
Ability to work in the field independently and efficiently manage your own schedule
Proficiency in using several types of software and applications; experience with Salesforce is a plus
What does the work environment look like? We go where the wildlife goes! Candidates must be physically capable of safely performing the following job duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
Must be able to drive to various locations, often covering large territories
Frequent walking, standing, and moving through diverse types of terrain, including uneven ground, stairs, roofs, and sometimes slippery or muddy areas
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions (extreme heat, extreme cold, rain, snow, etc.)
Must have the ability to climb stairs and ladders safely
Must be able to crouch, kneel, bend, and stretch frequently
Capability to carry and use equipment necessary for inspections and minor control measures (Traps, ladders, inspection tools, etc)
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
Clear verbal communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
