ORGANIZATION SUMMARY World Relief is a global Christian humanitarian organization whose mission is to boldly engage the world’s greatest crises in partnership with the church. The organization was founded in the aftermath of World War II to respond to the urgent humanitarian needs of war‑torn Europe. Since then, for 80 years, across 100 countries, World Relief has partnered with local churches and communities to build a world where families thrive and communities flourish.

Today, organizational programming focuses on humanitarian and disaster response, community strengthening and resilience, and refugee & immigrant services and advocacy.

POSITION SUMMARY World Relief is seeking an Intensive Case Worker to provide case management to refugees and immigrants who require care beyond the scope of primary case management services. The Intensive RSS program supports individuals with challenging needs that require special attention, including those with serious medical conditions, women at risk, and survivors of gender‑based violence. The position will help participants requiring specialized medical or mental healthcare to better integrate into the community by learning to overcome barriers and do things such as learn how to access services to manage their disability and/or medical condition; overcome obstacles to employment; address mental health issues; and reach self‑sufficiency in all areas of vulnerability. Will also support group programming and case work by other case workers on the Family Case Management team.

This is a limited‑term position funded through a grant agreement until 6/30/26 and contingent upon funding extension.
