About the Role

Our Services Restore Hyper Wellness + Cryotherapy offers whole‑body and localized cryotherapy, IV infusions, NAD+, Niagen, Red Light therapy, compression therapy, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, a variety of blood testing and diagnostic services, and additional modalities such as CryoSkin and HydraFacial.
Purpose To administer injections, intravenous therapy, and hyperbaric oxygen therapy.
Essential Functions
Performs nursing assessments and evaluations under Restore Cryotherapy’s established medical and nursing protocols and orders.
Administers two primary nursing services: intravenous therapy and intramuscular injections using the prescribed formula and an array of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants; and mild hyperbaric treatment oxygen treatments.
Uses electronic medical record to document client visit and therapies received.
Under the provider’s and nursing director’s supervision, addresses and answers client questions using the Nursing Reference Guide and communicates to the nursing team any issues or adverse events.
Exhibits use of therapeutic communication, exceptional customer service, professionalism, timeliness, efficiency, and team work in all aspects of work.
Maintains a level of knowledge conducive to providing high quality, competitive, kind, and compassionate nursing care.
Required Qualifications
Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Tennessee.
Two years of experience as a Nurse in an acute care setting (ER, ICU, Med‑Surg, OR or similar); one year of experience administering injections.
Experience with and high comfort level using a computer to document and chart.
Demonstrated ability to successfully work with a diverse community and provide services from a non‑judgmental perspective.
Equivalent combination of relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.
Preferred Qualifications
Three or more years’ experience as a Registered Nurse in an acute setting within the last 5 years.
Two or more years of experience administering injections and intravenous therapy.
More than one year experience providing health‑related client education to an adult population.
At least one year experience in sales and/or customer service.
Experience using electronic medical records.
Demonstrated good communication, interpersonal skills, team‑building skills, efficient work habits, and professional demeanor.
Working Conditions
May work around usual office and outpatient conditions.
During busy periods, may require long periods of walking and standing and administering multiple IV’s and injections at a time.
Must be able to chart accurately and in a timely fashion.
May work around biohazards.
Exposure to bloodborne pathogens.
Exposure to chemicals and commercial items typically found in offices, medical clinics, and building repairs/maintenance.

General Notes
This is a part‑time position in our Brentwood and/or Green Hills, TN locations. We are seeking a candidate with flexible availability. Shift availability and hours may fluctuate based on business needs and other nursing schedules. Alternating weekends with other nurses typically has each nurse working 1 weekend a month.
Additional hours may be required during peak periods. Please indicate your availability in your letter. The schedule will be discussed at the interview.

We just celebrated our 4‑year anniversary for our Brentwood location and have been happy meeting the people of the greater‑Nashville community, helping them to use our therapies to feel better, improve and maintain wellness, meet health and fitness goals, and do more of what they love! We also have a second location in Green Hills that has been open a little over a year.
The ideal candidate has an outgoing personality, enjoys working with people, is comfortable with all IV related activities, meets all state requirements and is licensed in good standing to practice medicine, has exceptional verbal and written communication skills, exhibits high ethics and integrity, and can work independently and with a smart team.
Employment Type Full‑Time (note: part‑time and/or weekends may also be available as per schedule). Pay: from $35.00 per hour.
