Radiologist – Oregon Health & Science University Join our team at the Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU) Department of Diagnostic Radiology in Hillsboro Medical Center (HMC), a suburban community located in the western Portland metropolitan area. We offer a full‑time, board‑certified radiologist position within a diverse and supportive environment that values high‑quality patient care and work‑life balance.

Department Overview The OHSU Department of Diagnostic Radiology is expanding its general radiology services as part of the Community Division at HMC. General radiology coverage is expected, but we also work with a sub‑specialty team that includes Neuro, Body, MSK, and Cardiothoracic imaging radiologists.

Function/Duties of Position

Read all radiology modalities, including CT, US, MRI, mammography, and PET scans; specialized cases are read by the appropriate sub‑specialty radiologist.

Perform light general radiology procedures such as CT‑ and ultrasound‑guided drainages/biopsies, arthrograms/joint injections, and breast biopsies.

Participate in a shift‑based practice with mostly 4‑day workweeks (8 am to 4:30 pm); overnight and weekday call as described.

Utilize home workstations for telework or “work from home” options during call shifts if desired.

Provide care for a suburban community‑based practice with one hospital and one imaging center.

Required Qualifications

ABR board‑certified or board‑eligible following ABR Core Exam and ACGME‑accredited residency.

International medical graduates who are board‑eligible or eligible for the ABR IMG Alternate Pathway program.

Compensation and Benefits

Starting salary of $537,000, with a competitive sign‑on bonus, relocation reimbursement, and extensive benefits package.
