at Sentara Health. Position: Full Time, Days shift. Up to $15,000 bonus available. Location
Williamsburg, VA Responsibilities
The RN is responsible for performing a competent level of nursing care using the nursing process. Duties include: Assessing, admitting, and rounding on patients. Administering medications and performing clinical procedures. Communicating with families and interdisciplinary teams. Providing overall care coordination and teaching. Documenting care in the electronic medical record. Requirements
Experience:
Previous RN experience preferred; new graduates welcome. Education:
RN Degree: Diploma, ADN, BSN, or MSN. Certifications & Licensure:
RN license valid in Virginia; BLS within 90 days of hire. Compensation
Base pay: $30.38 - $55.38 per hour. Additional compensation may include shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Benefits
