Part–time regional provider delivering quality healthcare within our St. Louis, MO and surrounding HealthHub locations. Provide primary and family evidence‑based care inclusive of accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management of health problems, health counseling, and disposition planning for our patients. Perform administrative duties including opening/closing the clinic, inventory, patient follow‑up, verifying insurance and collecting payment, and maintaining a clean environment. Handle patient appointments and perform routine examinations to ensure positive patient health outcomes. Speak with patients about healthy lifestyle choices, complete diagnostic tests, and coordinate with other health‑care professionals to maintain a comprehensive plan of care. Encourage patients to become active participants in their own health care and well‑being through services such as health screenings, behavioral health and wellness, chronic condition management. Required Qualifications
Provide holistic, evidence‑based care inclusive of accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management of health problems, health counseling, and disposition planning for patients, including education on pregnancy prevention, STI prevention and safer sex practices. Order and administer immunizations and injections (including but not limited to COVID‑19, influenza, TB, Depo) and provide evidence‑based patient/parent vaccine counseling and education. Minimum of two years of medically relevant experience or equivalent. Complete the DOT certification exam within 30 days of employment. Proficiency in speaking and writing in additional languages (including Spanish) as required by market. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, including CPR and AED operation. Pass a FIT test and wear the provided respirator mask when protocol requires. Preferred Qualifications
If less than 1 year of work experience as a licensed provider, prior student precepting rotation with MinuteClinic is preferred. Epic experience preferred. Education
Master’s Degree level Family Nurse Practitioner program with current National Board Certification and State of Employment license to practice in the Advanced Practice Nurse role. Pay Range
$41.85 – $90.13 per hour. This range represents the base hourly rate for all positions in the job grade. The actual base salary offer will depend on experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. The position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short‑term incentive program in addition to the base pay range. Benefits
