Base pay range $85,500.00/yr - $85,500.00/yr

As a clinician at Chrysalis Health, you will provide individual and family therapy to a diverse population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families. While most therapy sessions are conducted in-person, we also offer telehealth options for flexibility and convenience.

Impactful Client Care Responsibilities

Assess and determine the comprehensive mental health needs of clients with an array of patient ages and diagnoses.

Conduct and document client screenings, psychosocial assessments, progress notes, and referral information.

Deliver services to clients in the community with no requirement to go to an office.

Utilize evidence‑based practices to enhance clinical outcomes of clients.

Identify resource requirements necessary to fulfill identified needs.

Collaborate with caregivers, physicians, school counselors and other health care professionals to ensure optimal client care.

Advocate for patient access to community resources.

Communicate treatment plans and progress to patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.

Facilitate and offer individual and family therapy on psycho‑social issues such as coping skills, stress reduction, and caregiver support.

Demonstrate professionalism to reassure patients of their care by a skilled and compassionate professional.

Candidate Requirements

Must reside within the State of Florida.

Education: Master’s degree from an accredited university or college in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or related field.

Organizational and time‑allocation skill abilities; ability to flex hours to meet client scheduling needs and provide services in client homes, schools, and community settings.

Ability to utilize self‑care techniques to best manage work–life balance.

Compassionate, engaging, and have a strong desire to help others.

Ability to document therapy services in electronic medical records (EMR) platform.

We will review candidates who have majors in the following areas: Rehabilitation Counseling, Human Services, Forensic Psychology, Community Counseling, Psychology, Youth Counseling, Human Development, Behavioral Science, Art Therapy, Psychiatric Rehabilitation.

Curriculum must include at least four class codes covering content from the following areas: Human Growth & Development, Diagnosis and Treatment of Psychology, Human Sexuality, Counseling Theories and Techniques, Group Theories and Practice, Dynamics of Marriage and Family Systems, Individual Evaluation and Assessment, Research and Program Evaluation, Personality Theories, Social and Cultural Foundations, Counseling in Community Settings, and Substance Use Disorders.
