R-2819**Job Title:**Personal Banker I**Reports to:**Branch Manager**Responsibbilities*** Provides courteous and professional service to all customers.* Performs teller transactions such as withdrawals, deposits, transfers, payments and cash advances, with accuracy and attention to detail.* Maintains cash drawer limits and balance daily.* Opens new deposit accounts.* Assists safe deposit box customers.* Completes service requests such as address changes, adding signers, ordering checks and closing accounts.* Informs customers of self-service options and demonstrate digital banking products to customers.* Identifies potential fraud or risky deposits and take the appropriate action to prevent loss.* Researches and reconciles outages and operational errors.* Assists with administrative and other bank-related activities while not assisting a customer.
