This role is ideal for an individual who is curious, analytical, detail-oriented, collaborative, and eager to work across diverse industries while building a specialized tax skill set.You will work collaboratively with R&D credit practice leaders, colleagues, and clients to build client relationships and be a trusted advisor in the R&D credit space.**Responsibilities:*** Serve as the primary contact for R&D tax credit engagements and manage the day-to-day responsibilities of various engagements* Contribute to and help lead new business development and expansion opportunities for the R&D credit practice* Stay informed of relevant regulatory and tax court developments to provide internal guidance to practice members* Prepare blogs and other external updates for clients* Coach, mentor, and develop new staff as the practice continues to expand**Requirements/Qualifications:*** Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Political Science, or similar fields* Minimum 5 years of R&D tax credit experience* Experience leading client engagements, managing client relationships, and overseeing project work* Experience working with a variety of clients across various sizes and industries*We are an equal opportunity employer.
