Responsible for assisting lenders and mortgage leaders in a variety of capacities to achieve department goals. Assists with daily production and management of the assigned loan pipeline.**Job Duties and Responsibilities*** **Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.**
+ Manage assigned loan pipeline and provide quality control which includes but not limited to: completing client applications, processing loan denials, determining pre-qualification standards, completing disclosures, writing loan narratives, locking interest rates, and preparing in-house loans for management approval.
+ Provide timely and professional written and verbal communication internal and external stakeholders.
+ Responsible for operational excellence and regulatory compliance, ensuring residential lending portfolio is compliant with regulatory requirements.
+ Provide daily support to ensure timelines are met, service standards are exceeded, workload priorities are established, and problems/exceptions are resolved in a timely manner.
+ Schedule appointments and prioritize sensitive matters for lender or leadership calendar.
