Activity / Group Therapist Opportunity - Per Diem
Fuller Hospital is a 109-bed licensed, private psychiatric facility located in South Attleboro, Massachusetts, providing inpatient and outpatient behavioral health services to residents of Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Inpatient units treat adults with general psychiatric or intellectual disabilities, adolescents with general psychiatric issues, and patients with co‑occurring psychiatric and substance abuse disorders. Fuller Hospital also offers a Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) for patients with psychiatric and co‑occurring substance abuse disorders.

The Activity Therapist is an essential member of the multidisciplinary treatment team. This role provides expressive arts therapy, psychoeducational groups, and recreational activities on the inpatient psychiatric units.

Responsibilities
Perform initial activity therapy assessment to develop appropriate treatment goals
Facilitate 4‑5 groups per day
Complete group documentation and communicate with other team members via treatment planning and team meetings
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Qualifications
Master’s Degree in a creative arts therapy modality (art, music, dance), mental health counseling, or related field required
Art Therapy or other expressive art certification preferred
Evening and weekend availability required
