Wage Range:
RN: $34.23 – $40.75 / hour (experience based)
LPN: $28.41 – $36.29 / hour (experience based)
Nurse Responsibilities
Displays a courteous attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff.
Coordinated, oversees and provides resident‑related care.
Administers medications and treatments per physician orders; monitors effectiveness.
Manages medications, supplies and equipment, including ordering, receiving, storing, and disposing per policy.
Documents care using computerized medication administration and charting software.
Notifies Clinical Manager, physicians and family members of significant changes in a resident’s condition and follows up as needed.
Monitors nursing personnel on duty during the assigned shift.
Nurse Qualifications
In good standing with the Minnesota Board of Nursing and holds a current MN Nursing license.
Current BLS certification required.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Self‑starter desiring to work as part of a team.
